"Love the Park Plaza! The only thing I would recommend is to get new umbrellas at the pool (a refresh) and along the decking on the pool, people have used the rocks at the pool to carve their names in the wood and it makes the place look cheap. It sucks that people have done this. Otherwise, I will only stay at the Park Plaza and LOVE all the people who work there - they are the BEST!!"
