- There is no staff. No one to talk to about any issues. No front desk.
- There are zero amenities.
- You have a 7-digit code you have to type in every couple steps (front door, staircase, elevator, room) which is EXTREMELY tedious. - You can use the app as a key but this only worked occassionally. It would sometime flag other locks instead of the one you were holding your phone against.
- Price is not great for these factors. It should be way cheaper.
- Paid for early check-in and received approval but for different times.(the email said 3pm, the app said 2pm). We arrived and dropped off our bags, and went for a walk to explore. In the meantime the app reset to 4pm check-in and locked us out of our room. Since there was no one to talk to, we tried to chat on the app, which was unhelpful and they gave us a new code which also did not work. Ultimately, we were locked out of our room with our bags inside until 4pm when the code magically worked.
