"The room had two empty bottles of beer when we checked in. The staff were very good in every way, but the duvets do not have a cover, just a sheet under and a sheet over meaning during our sleep; we would touch the uncovered dirty duvet surface which many many others had touched during their sleep! The hotel needs to put the duvet in an entire case sheeting and then zip the bottom. When we requested this, the staff who are in NO way to blame were apologetic and said they did not have proper...

As a bonus, breakfast was included and was delicious with generous portions from a preset menu. "The hotel is new & the room was very clean. I appreciate being able to collect drinking water from a dispenser at the reception area as I avoid single-use plastic. Soundproofing is not good. The hotel is in a quiet part of Chiang Rai which was what we wanted. Pretty easy to get a Grab car to other parts of town "
