"Great location! Minutes to Hauptbahnhof. We did early check in ...there was no problem. It was very quiet. If I would recommend anything it would be having a coffee pot in the room. Would stay here again."

"The location was ideal! There were a couple of weird things that happened that put a negative spin on our stay: 1) We were "upgraded" to a "city view" on the top floor. The top floor was actually like an attic and the windows were small and very high. So we had no view other than sky and it was dark. 2) There was a periodic buzzing from the AC. I asked the staff to check it out and they basically told me it was in my head. 3) They gave us coupons for a "cocktail in the bar" in exchange for not utilizing housekeeping one of the days. It turned out that it was only for wine and beer. When I complained they doubled down and told me it was in the fine print and I should have read it. All of that is to say - I would probably stay there again, but I would not get pressured into a room on the 7th floor with no windows, nor would I give up housekeeping for a drink. Caveat emptor."

"Quirky hotel right across the road from Vienna's main train station, a short walk from the Belvedere palace. The rooms were clean and functional despite (because of?) the "moon" design and theming. The vegetarian breakfast buffet was wonderful."

"The only issue I had is that I booked a room facing the courtyard and got street-view instead...the staff said that even if it is written on the website it isn't sure until you check in. Lucky - the room is very sound proff and I was able to sleep very good despite the outdoor traffic... Other than that the hotel is amazing, great location and looks great."
