"The hotel looked a bit tired in places, but I really enjoyed the traditional features. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was nice with a good view. It was a shame the lift was out of order, but fortunately, it was only for a short while. Would visit again. Great location and only 10mn walk to station."

My bathroom was clean, but the carpet in the bedroom had not been vacuumed well, bits of dirt were by the trash can. I arrived on Friday and my room was not cleaned for 4 days. Some employees were very nice and helpful while others did not even say good morning. Overall a good stay with beautiful views from room and restaurant and very good breakfast."

More about just how things are communicated .
