The property is in a lovely location but would benefit from a little TLC, we found it somewhat musty. But it was ok for the price, and the owner was great with communication and left us a nice welcome gift.

The property has no wifi and I had no mobile phone reception in that area. There's no iron but there is an ironing board. There were old socks under the guest bed and under the wardrobe, possibly not cleaned very well. Overall it is clean at a surface level. The hot water for washing up runs out very quickly. Beware the google map location locates this property in Perranporth town but itis not, the actual location (using the post code) is Haven holiday park at Perran Sands. The only way to contact the owner is via Sykes Holiday Cottage online website, which we haven't had a response from yet.
