"I liked that on the Hilton app you can choose what floor your room is on. When we arrived at 9:40 pm and went to shower there was black hairs all on the shower floor. We had to run water until we got all the unknown hairs out of the bathroom. It was too late to start to get a new room as our stay was short. The rooms are also not very insulated. We woke up a few times to random loud noises. It was convenient for our visit to Hershey but would probably try a new hotel when if we go back to the parks. Breakfast was okay. "

"The first thing I’ll say is that when making the reservation, I did not see anything about the hotel being renovated . With that being said , the hotel was well kept at the entrance. My room was a bit out dated and needed some work, maybe that’s why it’s being renovated. The room was clean but I would have hoped to have gotten a better room if there was one. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast options were ok. If I would go back to Hershey I would probably give the hotel another chance but would make sure the renovation is completed. "

"Shower contained a wet washcloth and soap upon arrival. Maintenance guy came right down to clean out the shower. Shower dripped loudly 24/7. Blackout curtain had holes causing parking lot lighting to shine in the room all night. AC didn’t work properly. Hot tub was dirty, needed a good scrubbing. Overall, not worth the money spent. Very disappointed. "

"Apon arrival something that looked like vomit on the carpet.Was cleaned by staff after a couple hours. Have stayed here the past several years but it has deteriorated to a point that I wont stay at this location again."

"Breakfast was great. Real proteins were available. Bed was lumpy, uncomfortable and the sheets were coarse."
