"The room was clean and comfortable. However, I booked this hotel specifically because the listing said it had a king size bed. Instead, I was given a standard room with a queen bed. The TV remote didn't work. It wasn't a dead battery, it seemed like a connection issue between the remote and the TV. "Located within steps of the 9-11 memorial. This location was perfect. Lower West Side near the Oculus (Subway Trains). Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was the king size bed was actually two full size beds put together. They have vending and laundry available on site"

"We checked in early on Tuesday and got charged $100.00 for early check in. The room (411) didn't have a mini fridge and there wasn't one available. The air conditioner sounded like a helicopter. We walked around bare foot and discovered that the rug was dirty.
