"We stayed at Rancho Encantado for the weekend, and it was an incredible experience. A special thank you to José at the restaurant, his service was outstanding. Also, Vega, the paddleboard instructor, was amazing. Such a kind and patient person. He really helped my wife feel comfortable trying new things, she even went kayaking and paddleboarding, which she normally wouldn’t do! The sunrise over the lagoon was absolutely beautiful, and the water is simply stunning. We also did the 2-hour lagoon tour, and it was a great experience. We truly enjoyed it. The food deserves a special mention: excellent quality, and the presentation of each dish was professional and impressive. All the staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere of the place makes you want to stay more than just a couple of nights. We will definitely come back. And the photos we took are just beautiful! "

"The room was small, and we Could hear the TV next door, so it’s not soundproof. The staff were great, very helpful. In the morning they have coffee and a pastry if you want it. Lovely to have a swimming pool. I think they must have issues with the plumbing because they are doing a lot of work with the pipes behind the rooms. "
