"We loved this hotel! In fact, we loved it so much that we changed our plans and came back for a couple of days at the end of our trip. The rooms are cute, clean and comfortable. The pier on the lake was heavenly. The staff was so nice, too. The only drawback was the ice machine wasn't working, but on our second stay it appeared they had a replacement ready to install. "

"The hotel was under construction, but the worker's where mindful of the noise. The rooms where great, lots of space. The only thing missing was closet, iron and hair drier in the room, this was a inconvenience because we had to share the iron. Staff was super friendly and helpful with regards to sights and dining options."

"If you book here expect correspondence from Atom Heart Bacalar. We did not know this and thought the message in What’s App was phishing so we ignored it. Once we got that straightened out, things were easier. It is very remote, bring everything you need for food and drink with you. Bacalar stores are about 1/2 hour drive.
