"Location"

"Room was clean, every day had clean washcloths,towels..all pools and Sauna were clean. Breakfast was good..parking in garage attached to hotel. Plus one across the street. Friendly staff."

"The rooms are not as nice as they appear. The hallways are gross because the carpet is fraying, and there are stains. The a/c units hanging out into the hallways are rusty. I paid extra for ocean front but balcony was tiny with small white plastic furniture. There was literally paint stains blobs all over the outdoor carpet on the balcony. The balcony railing was suppose to be white but had chipped paint along the entire thing. Red paint was showing thru all the areas. NO room service. I had to call the main office every single day to ask for towels. They were pleasant but it took over a hour to get. The same when needing toilet paper. Not once did room service come and at the end of the stay we had a pile of wet and dirty towels on the kitchen floor. Our room was located directly outside the elevator. We had a large gap from the door being warped, and because of the opening bright daylight along with bugs and noise came thru. The king bed is located immediately when you walk in the hotel room but because theres a large window, you can’t open the curtains at all because people in the hallway could see right in to your room. There was no lamp or overhead lighting so the front room stayed dark the entire stay. The parking gargage constantly had a huge dirty puddle. The positives were the elevators were quick, the pool looked nice and their restaurant had good food. I wish I stayed someplace else because this hotel is definitely old and needs updating. "

"What a lovely beachfront setting. The room had everything we needed for our 20 day stay and was very clean. Staff was extremely accommodating. The restaurant was ok, it could have had some more appealing food selections, but I understand that they do not run a full chef’s kitchen. The bar was nice and we had a lovely time."

"A great place, could use some maintenance upgrade. But the room was beautifully decorated, beds were great They have 2 pools and a hot tub. And a crossover walk to the beach which is very handy. The weather wasn’t very cooperative as it was cloudy and windy. But we still really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely rebook!"

"The room was clean, the staff were fantastic, the grounds were immaculate and the beach view allowed me to watch the sun rise each morning while drinking my coffee. The last morning I was able to see a pod dolphin from my deck. I will be back again!!!"
