"Lady at the breakfast place is so sweet, excellent customer service. Holiday Inn raise her pay, you need that type of people at your hotel."

"Hotel is old and tired. I stayed on 1st level. It had a terrible smell as did my room. Restaurant was small and it seemed actually smaller than photos showed. Decor was definitely different than pictures showed. Not impressed. Breakfast was cold cereal, toast. If you want eggs you have to pay. Just completely false and misleading advertising on your site. Terrible! I will never stay at another Monte Carlo anywhere!"

"Sheets were dirty when i arrived. Machines dont take debit/visa for snacks. And lack of parking when there is an event going on at the building behind."

"Over all the room was quite clean. The bathroom did not look as clean. There was gum stuck on the floor, I assume previous people/s shampoo containers in the shower. The glass and floor looked like it was not cleaned between myself and the previous person. Makes me wonder if the rest of the room was actually cleaned as well. (tidy vs clean)"

"Love the the place when I’m back to next time I will be staying here with my family for a clean nice. Everybody was friendly rate a 10 out of 10"
