"Room was clean and affordable. Parking included and location was ideal in relation to the Peace Bridge. It would have been idea except for those who awake early and sit outside their rooms smoking, drinking and laughing as early as 6 am without being contested. Good luck sleeping beyond that point. Makes me wonder if there are long term residents living within the motel. Would have liked to see someone from management serve to limit the noise to the rest of the guests."
