"Early check-in for expensive fee. Decorative pillows had very old stuffy smell, dusty like. Sleeping pillows very flat, very cheap, no support. When i messaged about extra pillow options, was ignored, had to use the towels provided to help add support as decorative pillows had too strong an odor to use. Once you check in, your left on your own, theres no support or feedback. "

The staff was very helpful to get me a different room for the 2nd night. Good central location and good value. I would stay here again."
