"I love this hotel"

"Located in the historic area, where the architecture is lovely. I walked from/to here every day and had no concerns of the neighborhood. Rooms and breakfast were a class above a regular modern tourist hotel. And the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm 75 and active, and would stay here again"

"Perfect stay"

"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"It was great to have breakfast delivered to the room as part of the stay. The location was perfect, walkable to all parts of downtown that you would want to see. Easy to grab train and bus to get to airport. "

"Good location for the hop on bus tour, not many restaurants locally. But 15 mins walk away and there were plenty. Breakfast was the same everyday, not great if you don't eat ham. Beautiful decor and a good hot shower"

"Clean room, breakfast included, great location near center of Santiago, and very friendly staff. It has all the basics you need, and for the winter an extra heavy blanket and heat. The only problem is that it can get very noisy, I think because of the thin walls. So unfortunately I couldn’t sleep very well because some unrespectful people (brazilians) where talking too loud and making noise at early in the morning and late at night. Maybe with some earplugs it could work."
