"Room was clean and tidy and the AC very cold."

"Stayed for four nights. Not once was the room made up, trash emptied, towels replaced. Had to request clean towels after 2 nights and trash removal. Towels were brought to the door, and we were handed new trash bags to put in the trash receptacles. Old trash remained in the room in trash bags the entire 4 days. Place appeared to be recently remodeled and certain things were overlooked. Toilet paper was rolls of paper on the vanity top. No toilet paper roll holders. Large table lamp did not work....

"The property was simply rundown, old, smelled in areas of smoke & not a place I felt particularly safe. There a brand new hotel just across the main highway which I should have stayed but had never been to Livingston. Just a disappointing experience in a nice town and otherwise great trip. The cost difference between properties in Livingston isn’t enough to not choose a newer, better kept and more pleasant environment by today’s standards"

"For a high end place I was really upset with this place. My wife and I had a weekend date planned and this place ruined it. 1. We showed up 2 hours after check in and still had to wait 30 minutes because our room wasn’t ready. 2. We came back after a concert and none of the exterior doors worked including the main doors, no signage or anything, we just walked around until we found a random door propped open with a chair to let us in. 3. We were staying on the third floor, and the elevators...

"I always stay here on my annual trip to Seattle. Never disappointed."

"The concept is really cool and the property is beautiful. GM and most of the staff were great but a few were rude or uninterested in providing good service. Would give much better reviews if it weren’t $750 a night. Everything and everyone should be exceptional for that price. We just had a normal room with a pullout bed for the kids, which they consider a suite. Would consider returning to another Under Canvas but only for sub $500 per night."

"Beautiful porch with river views! Great restaurant for dinner on property. We had a two bedroom which had two twin beds and a bathroom upstairs and king bed downstairs with sofa and tv, dining table, and kitchen with full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and Nespresso machine. It’s 8 mint. to Emigrant and 25-30 to Livingston."
