"Elevator stopped working on the day we arrived....6 days later it was not fixed , staff said they do not know when it will be fixed. Food options are very limited and mediocre at best, pizza restaurant is terrible, buffets are about the same food every day and Dennys is probably better quality. Most nights after 8pm only 1 bar is open for a cocktail and that is back to the main lobby. Nice location decent beaches and pools"

"Servicio"

"Súper atención lo recomiendo mucho "

"Beautiful adult only hotel. Pool area is perfect with clean pool I used for water walking. Umbrellas and loungers. Covered area with tables. There was quite a bit outside noise at bedtime. I used a fan app to cover it up, but my husband still had a few nights it bothered him. We will definitely stay here again, maybe try a different room location. We were in a beautiful ocean view corner suite. Extra fee breakfast was very good. Central location in town was exactly what we wanted. ...

"Well here is the thing, there were padlocks on the door , no staff , no tenants, the place was shut down and abandoned, we even had a gentleman from next door call the establishment with no answer and we called the number listed on expedia which said was no longer in service. This left myself and 3 fellow travelers to walk on the road with heavy traffic and all of our luggage to hail a taxi, 25 usd to take us to another resort. So....do not recommend."

"Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun"

"Everything"

"El hotel excelente, las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño. Excelente servicio. Super ubicación!"

"Muy cómodo"

"Es muy buena opción de hotel en Cozumel. El desayuno es básico pero es bueno. Es muy tranquila la ubicación y el personal es muy amable, el único problema es la regadera, se sale toda el agua y el baño termina todo mojado"
