"This hotel ia gem 💎....very nice hotel with a swimming pool and cascade. Very clean and well decorated. It s located well outside Kandy and which was great after the visit of Kandy town with all the traffic and noises. Coming back to the hotel was so relaxing . The room is quite big and very clean. I highly recommend that hotel. And the staff to please you."

"Gorgeous rooms and beautiful owners. Kumari & Joseph are so accomodating. The bus stops right in front of the path to the hotel, followed by an uphill stretch to reach the summit. So it's an easy & cheaper access to the city by bus. Highly recommended place to stay. "

Das Hotel liegt etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Tuk-Tuk von Kandy entfernt, aber genau das hat uns besonders gefallen – kein Smog, sondern pure Ruhe und Natur. An zwei Abenden haben wir hier auch zu Abend gegessen und das war eine hervorragende Entscheidung. "Theva Residency is a nice hotel. Our room was good, comfortable and clean with a decent shower. We had a room with a terrace and lovely view of the hills around Kandy. Nice pool with good views. Breakfast was very good. The location is very scenic but nothing walkable that we found, although it's only a ten minute or so tuktuk ride down to the city which the hotel arranged. Definitely recommend a tuktuk tour of the temples and a visit to the Botanic Gardens is a must as they are huge, beautiful...

"Stunning views from this mountainside property but is a long and winding drive to get there although this only takes around 15 mins from Kandy town. The rooms are in small blocks of 4 and set apart. Lovely buffet restaurant."

"Lovely hotel, great food, a good mix of western and Sri Lankan. I caved and got pasta one night and it was fantastic. They had an issue with the hot water on the roof and had to go through my room to fix it, but set me up and made me comfortable in another room for a few hours. It was no problem and I definitely feel like they handled it well. The top floor room is amazing. Huge and beautiful view. I'd love to add photos, but the upload tool isn't working on the app. "
