**STAIRS REQUIRED** Please note that stairs are required to access all levels of the home. Once on the main floor, there is a bedroom and a full bathroom on that level, with handrails on all of the stairways.

1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. No parties or events are permitted on this property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed 10 people. Please note that this limit was changed as of May 7, 2026, as required by the regional district.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
