I made this reservation for my parents, when they got there, they never found the reservation and my parents had to look for another hotel late at night. Neighborhood looked dangerous as well. They did not want to give me a refund. I dont recommend.

Must speak Spanish to stay here... WiFi is bad.

When I arrived, the lady behind the counter didn't speak a word of English (which is ok). But she communicated that my booking was not paid for. The hotel Wifi didn't work so I only had my printed confirmation and couldn't pull up the hotels.com website. I needed Wifi to work due to a Zoom meeting I had late that night, so they arranged for me to stay next door at a cheaper place where the Wifi was better. Apparently the next door place was also owned by the same owner.

They gave me the worst room available at first, it was a rat hole, bed sheets torn and dirty, bed was disgusting, bathroom even worst!!! TV remote didnt work and AC was hell dirty, room Smelled like roach.. After I complaint and asked to get a refund front desk lady told me the manager or owner instructed her to put me in that room, Which I believe it was due to the price.. but no body deserves to sleep in a rat hole Like that.. after I contacted expedia they offered Me a nicer room (still not to my standards neither was it like shown on pictures) there is no restaurant neither telephone in the room. Wifi signal is really bad
