Great Staff. Wonderful berakfast. Pool guy worked very hard to straighten lounge chairs, bring freah towels, lower umbrella. Room was on 27th floor with fogged over window. So we requested a different room with a view. They accommodated and gave us 31st floor with a great view. Overall a great experience. ...

Amazing breakfast the 1st day, ok breakfast the 2nd day. Concierge was amazing. Loved the hotel and it's smell. Absolutely recommend! Teenage kids loved it too!

Panama City is almost like a small US city, some areas are rundown others are gleaming. I felt safe in most areas, taxi drivers are like sellers, always advertising their service.
