Beautiful place

A beautiful and very special hotel in beautiful surroundings. Very, very cozy, with small lakes, waterfalls, streams, etc. Nice pool. Good and varied breakfast

L’hôtel est d’apparence très agréable mais à vivre c’est une catastrophe : linge de lit sales, petit déjeuner peu appétant, le dîner sans intérêt et douches froides…. Très déçu de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

This place is almost perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I loved the Isan theme throughout the room and hotel. We had driven all day to get there, and we were so hungry. We called a little before 9:00, when they stop cooking and they had dinner waiting for us when we arrived at 9:20! Amazing! My only complaint was that our water did not stay a consistent temp and was rarely warm enough. The sink is in the bedroom area, and we both thought if it was there, there should be a door separating it from the bed. I think it would be an easy fix. Food was delicious, there are lots of other great places to eat, and you are really close to the main entrance of Khao Yai National Park — a must visit for sure. We will be back here!!

There were not many vegetarian options in the morning buffet breakfast. I had to just eat salad and cereal one of the days. Everything either has meat or fish sauce in it. It would be nice to have a few hot items to be vegetarian. Also it would be nice if vegetarian items be marked. Otherwise each person will need to continuously keep asking staff as to what is vegetarian and what is not. Since this is a popular tourist destination, the above is not an unreasonable request

The location is golden because it’s located near Khao Yai National Park and famous Isaan restaurant “Penlaos”. The room is somewhat clean, but they might have to deal with insects i.e. ants, mosquitoes, etc. There’s also the problem with hot water as I’ve read in many comments before. The truth is, you have to turn the hot water tap into the right position and it will come out, but still, I think the shower set is need to be fixed or replaced since when it’s hot, it’s really hot. Frankly, on my check-out day, there’s no hot water coming out even though I’ve tried to turn the tap in every directions. There’s a mold spotted in the shower section. The staffs are enthusiastic and helpful. I give them 10/10.

When I arrived in the hotel reception counter, I was informed that the hotel room is not available and offer another hotel nearby to stay. I check out the offered hotel room, it was terrible, old and smelly. I have to reject the offer and ask for the refund. I managed to book another hotel room last minute. I was unhappy about the hotel management that they did not inform me earlier about the problem.
