"Clean and comfortable motel room which has been nicely renovated and reasonably priced. Bathroom a bit small and didnt have a fan in the bathroom. The breakfast is just Granola bars, yoghurt, poptarts and coffee you can take with you."

"Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location for walking around downtown Montrose (which is very cute). We were initially placed in a queen room when we reserved a king; fortunately we were able to switch into a king. Coffee bar downstairs was convenient and made good drinks. "My bed was broken, the whole place felt dirty. My pillows were all different shapes and sizes. It was awful. The staff was nice and I have to say it was as clean as it could be, but everything was so old, there's no way to make it feel nice... the carpets and curtains were scary, and for 140 bucks a night I could have gone somewhere else. "Rundown, old building with overpriced rates. No upkeep done with the high prices they charge. No auto open button at front door for wheelchair users. Just very poorly maintained."
