The sound proofing between rooms and floors is terrible. Kept awake by a crying baby and then by the dining room above prepping for breakfast....

"The actual hotel was very nice, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was decent if it’s included in your rate, I wouldn’t pay extra for it. What was annoying was having to turn in your room key (and the room safe key) when you leave the hotel, so you have to wait in line coming and going every time. The room safe was teeny tiny about a 6” cube, so couldn’t fit in our ipads or anything of that size. Finally, the area is not great. Homeless sleeping nearby, immigrants selling what looks like...
