"Great communication with the host made the check-in and checkout easy. The house is in a good location and you can tell the house had just been update with new beds, linens and furniture. The outdoor fire pit, grill and TV with a stand let us enjoy family time outside in addition to inside. We will stay there again if it is available the next time we are in town. "

"This is a great location for visiting Clemson! Apartment is small, but it was very clean and well-stocked. Parking is easy, especially if you drive around to the back. Common area is small, but we were not in the apartment much to sit and watch tv. El Jimador (restaurant in same parking lot) is very good and so convenient! Russell is easy to get in touch with for any issues or questions. "

"Place was unclean. I realize it is rural, but the number of bugs was ridiculous. Could have at least broomed away the spider webs we needed to walk through to get into the door.My sister and I stayed so I used the sofa bed. It was broken. Struggled to get it open and then closed. Not comfortable at all.No extra blankets for the additional bed.No kitchen towels/oven mits either."
