Easy quick check in. Room was clean and large. Bed extra firm pillows extra soft. Amazing breakfast spread and very friendly staff. Overall great stay and will stay again in the future when in the area. Noon checkout time greatly appreciated.

Our suite was double booked. The staff was great and was able to get us 2 rooms next to each other instead. Which was super helpful considering we had our 13 year old son with us and his baseball team and needed the space.

We absolutely loved the customer service and the room itself however I have a hold on my DEBIT card of over $700 when the reality is this room costed signifcantly less than that . This is not fair or okay. I spoke with employees at the hotel and they said they could not do anything as their supervisor was off for the weekend. They were told to tell me that this amount would "fall off" but it has now been since Sunday and nothing has changed.

The lack of communication at this property almost cost me my reservation. I notified the front I would be there between certain hours as we were driving from Texas non-stop. When I go there an hour after my time frame the lady at the desk told me she canceled my reservation because she needed o do her audit and was not told an hour time frame only and specific time I would be there. Before she could even go to the computer to help me I was told I needed to wait while she finished prepping the coffee cart. I think at 5am with no one else around, and hearing that a customer of mine had just driven 17 hours straight I would make them a priority and get them in a room so they could all sleep, nope that coffee cart/breakfast was way more important for something that didn't start for another 2 hours. I know we all have jobs to do but I'm sorry to put free only tasted good once in a whole week coffee in front of a paying exhausted customer is extremely ridiculous. Most of the staff seems to be pretty new i.e. you will be waiting a little longer for anything you need. There is one lady who works the front desk (she is a Veteran) and was I pleased to see her because she knew what she was doing and was on the ball. The ladies that did the cleaning in the morning were helpful when I needed a towel or other items, I have met some that just hated their jobs in other hotels so this was a nice change.
