"I am writing to formally complain about the disrespectful and unprofessional treatment I received from a staff member on Tuesday 30 July , an incident witnessed by your manager, Mr. Marcos. Due to a timing oversight, I was 45 minutes late for checkout. I took full responsibility, apologized for the delay, and explicitly stated that I was willing to pay any standard financial penalties. Despite my cooperation, your staff member openly attacked my integrity in front of Mr. Marcos, claiming I was...

"Thanks so much Expedia for your help and support of my trip to Oslo Norway 💐"

"Most amenities are an extra charge, morning breakfast, the pool access, coffee. Our room had a large whole in the drywall and floors and bathroom were not very clean. It’s a nice location but free parking is a 10min hike up a mountain and isn’t easily accessible. There’s frequent trams into Oslo but again it’s a 10-15 steep walk up and down. There’s very few food options near the hotel if you don’t want to spend hundreds of $ on a meal."

"Hyggelig sted med meget historie"

"Worst experience ever in my life , room was like a toilet"

"Excellent location, friendly staff, classy place."

"This hotel is in a great location, easy walk from central station for getting in to the city, and getting around. Room was a good size, bed was comfy, shower was very good. Did not partake in breakfast, it seemed a tad expensive. Lots of good restaurants and bakeries in the area too."

"Booket rom for meg og min mor. Fikk dobbeldyne.

"Everything via phone was a bit of an adjustment and we did get locked out of our room at one point. But ultimately worth it for the sustainsbility of the place. Free use and return water bottles and tote bag were great extras"

"Everything was good but the tv by the sofa bed didn’t work but other than that everything was okay"

"Top notch breakfast - easily one of the best at any hotels I've ever stayed at. The place was busy - it could be a bit overwhelming at times, especially in the mornings at the breakfast buffet. I believe there was also a conference happening. The room was a good size and I loved the decor. Great location, we walked absolutely everywhere and coming from the train station, it couldn't have been easier or more convenient. I would absolutely reccommend this hotel."

"Great location, within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Great for getting to and from the airport. Friendly staff, clean room and a sizeable and a very functional bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again."
