We have stayed at this hotel preciously, easy for tram links. Hotel staff so polite and made you feel welcome. Breakfast excellent choices. Room very clean, no water due to overnight maintenance, so we had to leave at 5 am unshowered.

Easy check in via self service machine. The room was perfectly clean, the shower was powerful and hot, bed was comfy and the breakfast was a really good variety. Nice proximity to the city centre without being too close. Would definitely recommend.

First, the room: the room was very clean and the beds were great. It was really very well laid out and was a great choice for the 5 of us to be in the same room. The bathroom: was very small and the shower was not very nicely integrated into the space. Using it completely floods the bathroom floor with water. Also, the pipes in the bathroom were SUPER loud whenever anyone above you used the facilities above. The buffet breakfast: was INCREDIBLE. No other way to describe the massive variety of quality food options. It was genuinely amazing. Bottom line: I’d gladly stay here again. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The location was great. The food was wonderful. The bathroom… the only downside to the experience.

The breakfast was good with a big selection of food on offer. Room was clean, but the shower was extremely small & no hot water from the sink tap. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room , but we did manage to get a kettle to use. Staff were dismissive of any question we had. Overall an ok experience, but nothing outstanding.
