"Soggiorno di due notti per motivi di salute, vicinissimo all'ospedale Molinette. monolocale ampio, luminoso, caldo e dotato di tutto l'essenziale. Tutto nuovo e pulito e tranquillo. Pur essendo in centro facilità di parcheggio, anche se a pagamento, nelle immediate vicinanze, cosi come alimentari e supermercato Fermata della metro proprio in Piazza Carducci. "La struttura nelle parti in comune è discreta ma per quanto riguarda la camera a me è capitata una doppia piuttosto fatiscente, con mobili scosrati e rotti e una doccia improponibile. I prezzi non sono bassi. Il personale in compenso è gentile ed efficiente. La prima colazione più che sufficiente "
