"Most amenities are an extra charge, morning breakfast, the pool access, coffee. Our room had a large whole in the drywall and floors and bathroom were not very clean. It’s a nice location but free parking is a 10min hike up a mountain and isn’t easily accessible. There’s frequent trams into Oslo but again it’s a 10-15 steep walk up and down. There’s very few food options near the hotel if you don’t want to spend hundreds of $ on a meal."

"Leider kein Aufzug. Wer mit viel Gepäck reist wird da evtl. ein Problem haben. Alles andere war aber wunderbar!"

"I am writing to formally complain about the disrespectful and unprofessional treatment I received from a staff member on Tuesday 30 July , an incident witnessed by your manager, Mr. Marcos. Due to a timing oversight, I was 45 minutes late for checkout. I took full responsibility, apologized for the delay, and explicitly stated that I was willing to pay any standard financial penalties. "Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff really efficient and friendly staff. Standard room was small but comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast selection plentiful. Would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Oslo."

"Hotel still having "teething" problems as only recently reopened. However, the hotel was nearly perfect in that most of the important points were extremely well organised - staff, restaurant, clean room. The only one let down was that the water in the bathroom was luke warm and far from being hot enough to shower. The staff didn't know how to deal with this attempting to say it was the norm - very disappointed and shall stay in my memory whenever I think about this particular hotel."

"Perfect hotel at a perfect location. We always stay here when we visit Oslo."

"Chambre propre, buffet du petit déjeruner excellent, très bon accueil au check-in. On aurait aimé avoir thé/café dans la chambrte mais je suppose qu'il aurait fallu payer plus au départ..."

"This hotel is in a great location, easy walk from central station for getting in to the city, and getting around. Room was a good size, bed was comfy, shower was very good. Did not partake in breakfast, it seemed a tad expensive. Lots of good restaurants and bakeries in the area too."

"Friendly staff, new and clean rooms, close to bus stop and good access to oslo center and airport"

"Convenient location with an amazing shawarma restaurant downstairs. Neighborhood felt safe and very walkable. Place was clean and exactly as described. Generally exceeded or met expectations. Easy laundry."
