"The themed room had no windows and was right behind the swimming pool. So it was very damp and stuffy! This was simply terrible. I had to change to a regular room but still paid the price of the themed room."

"Lack of ventilation in bath/shower room caused rust and mould on walls, ceiling and fixtures. Pub staff friendly and energetic! Restaurant expensive and far below expectations. "

Other than that my stay was great! I’d highly recommend. My one recommendation would be for better, and more appetizing food for breakfast, I believe it is lacking in this area. "

"I had a very disappointing stay. The room was extremely warm, and I wasn’t able to sleep properly because of it. I reported the issue with the air conditioning, but unfortunately, it was not fixed during my stay. It made the experience very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel improves how they handle maintenance concerns, especially when it affects a guest’s rest."

The staff are consistently friendly and kind, which really adds to the overall experience. I also thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful person working in the lounge and restaurant, they truly made the visit even more memorable. Highly recommend!"
