I was expecting a clean hotel per Japanese standards but In our room 502, the wall had stains. This could easily be wiped but I was surprised to see so many stains. The toilet base needs some cleaning. The carpet on the 5th floor near the elevator had a big stain. The staff though is friendly and nice.

天満天神繁昌亭の落語台本大賞受賞式に出るため宿泊しました。交通の便がよく会場まで一駅、ホテル周辺にも飲食店が多く昼飲みなども楽しめました。4人で予約、2人は予定より早めの到着でチェックイン対応して頂き、あと2人は夜中の到着。午前1時までエントランスが開いているので大丈夫です、と言ってもらえて安心しました。

率直に申しあげますと、この数年で使用したビジネスホテルの中でワーストです。マイステイズは複数箇所で何度も利用しているホテルで、値段もリーズナブルだし清潔感のあるとても好印象のホテルでしたが、ここはなんなんでしょうか？驚きました。おそらく古いホテルをリノベーションして運営されているのでしょうが、とにかく汚いというか、ボロいというか､手入れが行き届いていないというか。写真も掲載しますが、各居室のホテルとエレベーターのドアには、なぜかおびただしい数の傷と汚れが付いています。こわい。ちなみに掲載している写真は実際の見た目よりもきれいに写っています。エレベーターは百歩譲ったとして、居室のドアがこんなにも傷だらけで汚れているのはなぜなんでしょうか？さらに、それを放置している意味がわかりません。居室内はもっとひどいです。壁紙は至る所が剥がれ、汚れており大変不愉快です。浴室のパッキンもカビがいっぱい。大量の髪の毛が落ちていました。髪の毛に関しては気持ち悪すぎて撮影していません。コンセントは斜めについていて壁の穴が見えています。ぐらぐらなのではなく、この位置で固定されています｡信じられません。部屋の中はものすごく乾燥するので加湿しようと加湿器のタンクを見たら案の定、こちらもカビだらけ。加湿も諦めました。バスタブには小さな虫が何匹か。排水口に何か詰まっているのでしょうか、排水がものすごく遅くてシャワーを浴びているとくるぶしまでお湯がたまってとても不愉快。あと、当然においもひどいです。普段は宿泊したホテルをここまで辛らつに批判することはありません。むしろ良かった点をできるだけレビューするようにしている人間です。しかし、今回はいくら何でもひどすぎるので我慢できませんでした。個人的に再び利用することは絶対にありませんが、万博開催年の大阪のホテルとして、日本の評判を下げるような経営は是非とも改善してほしいです。

壁紙のハガレは1〜2カ所どころではありません。汚れは数えるのも嫌になるくらいついています。

普通に使用していれば絶対に着くことのない傷や汚れが無数に。もちろん私の部屋だけではありません。
