The address is wrong on Expedia. The spa/bath area was good.
The capsules do not have good aircon control.
The capsules themselves are a bit creaky and less sound insulated than other capsules I've stayed in.
Not their fault but the other clientele were extremely noisy, culminating with someone sprinting up and down the quiet area in the middle of the night.
very convenient if you are planning to spend a short time in Osaka. Plenty of amenities to use and location is located in a very busy strip with plenty of stores and dining options.

Convenient location. To get what you pay. Friendly staffs.
Capsule hotels on Japan are cheap and comfortable. The Capsule Inn Osaka is one of the better ones. Especially the three floors of baths, saunas, steamroom and swimming pool are bigger and better than other Capsule Hotels. Staff has sufficient English. Highly recommended!

My first time in a capsule hotel, but it was a great experience. Clean and quiet capsule, the communal areas a bit dated but do the job. The spa is great with extensive pools, saunas and steam room. The location was great right in a busy area of Osaka with lots going on. Highly recommend trying out this capsule hotel - it’s an experience!
Most of the facility is stated but it’s very clean. The retro future feeling is hundred percent the capsule itself is spacious and comfortable. The bath and the sauna is also very nice. It’s great option if you are man and travel by yourself good deal for $25 per night.
My favorite Onsen! Its just a few dollars more to get the capsule hotel on hotels.com and you get complete onsen use plus in and out privilege's. There are actually 4 levels so visit them all, including the outside spas on the roof. They also have very good massages. The locals say its best in Osaka. Men only.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Positives:
--Cheap
--walkable to lots of shopping and transit
Negatives:
--Very retro, for better or for worse.
--The ground floor is a public sauna and you have to walk through the changing area to get to the elevator--this might make some people uncomfortable.
--They don't dim the lights in the capsule area and the curtain wasn't the best, so definitely bring a sleep mask.
--The pillow was interesting. It was filled with beads and was rather uncomfortable.
--The lockers provided weren't very big. If you have a suitcase or large backpack it likely won't fit, but if you can store any larger luggage at the front desk.

Disappointing. First off, staff were nice, no faults except they omit to inform you of everything the complex offers. There is a cafe on level 2 that serves hot food that I only discovered on my second day. This info was not told to me. The place can be noisy, especially late at night if you have a pod on level 4 next to outside spa! I tried to upgrade to a private room for my second night because of this noise but with the language barrier it was just too difficult. I was more than happy to pay more. Lastly, checking out on a Monday morning, they close all the bathing areas between 8-12 for cleaning (found this out upon checkout) 10am is checkout for everyone, why not make the cleaning after 10??? I couldn’t find any staff beforehand to ask where the showers were? The place really does need a deep clean literally everywhere though. I don’t think I’ll ever return here.
Very nice property, different type of sunas, nice staff, only bad thing is we have to check-out every day at 10 AM and check-in at 03 PM even if you have multiple days stay, no property access between these hours go out this time any were. I was charged 600 yen extra for checking out at 12 Noon.
I had to leave after one day despite having booked a week. You have to check out every day at 10 and then check back in in the afternoon.
You can’t use the spa if you have a tattoo, instead you can use shower cabins but you need to pay extra for that…
