"Not a terrible hotel but after usually staying on Disney property this felt a drastic drop in all areas. Booked a twin room. I liked the design, cleanliness and location of the hotel but found the beds quite uncomfortable (very bouncy mattresses) and there are no kettle facilities in room despite the publicity images suggesting there are.
