There is a front porch, a back room with amenities for tea/coffee, fridge, ice, microwave etc. You can sit inside there or down the stairs where there is another fridge. There are two areas to sit outside as well under parasols. The inn is minutes from the town. I would stay...

I liked the idea of a deck with chairs, but they need to clear up the view.
