A Pet Registration Fee of $150 dollars (Non-refundable), Refundable Pet Lead Deposit Fee of $100 dollars (Refunded upon lead return at the end of your stay), and Pet Deposit Surcharge Fee of $5.00 per pet (only applied if using a credit card at the front desk, Non-refundable) are required by the HOA
