From the private balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding coastal landscape - perfect for relaxed hours in the sun.



The approximately 35 m² apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for up to three people. It features a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a baby bed, air conditioning, SAT-TV, wardrobe, mirror and access to a private balcony with sea view.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: electric cooker with two hotplates, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine as well as cookware and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, window and its own washing machine.



The balcony is south-facing and equipped with a table, chairs and awning - ideal for breakfast with sea view or a mild summer evening. WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed (for an additional charge), and a baby cot is available upon request.
