"The rooms are clean, the upkeep of the property is poor. The staff was nice enough. The airconditioning did not work. We would put it on 18 and the lowest it would get was 23 unless we had a fan blowing and it would get to 22. The bar does not open until 6:00 pm and they do not have any kind of room service. The breakfast is the exact same thing everyday which is not great if you stay for an extended period of time."

"I arrived early at the hotel around 1:45 PM, but I never requested an early check-in. I was completely fine with returning at the standard check-in time of 3 PM. However, instead of simply asking me to come back later, the front desk staff asked me to scan a barcode and register through the hotel website. The connection did not work well, and I was left standing there trying repeatedly while feeling very tired. I want to be clear that I did not ask for early check-in, nor did I need it. I even mentioned that I would go have a coffee and return at 3 PM. Only then was I told I could receive the room key later, and I was also asked to leave a positive review before even checking in. I have stayed at this hotel location since 2018, and this was the first time I felt that the process was more focused on promoting the hotel rather than considering the guest’s comfort. While the staff member was polite and smiling, the experience felt unnecessary and uncomfortable from my perspective."

"I stayed in this hotel many time since 1990 for business trips. I’ve always enjoyed staying here. The location is great and hotel staff is very kind and professional. I also enjoyed the restaurant Aria for breakfast and dinner."

"This is the better LOTTE hotel in the city. Central in Hongdae, excellent views. The feel of the hotel is definitely on the younger side, as in it would appeal to a younger audience (millennial or Gen Z. The hotel has good amenities, a restaurant and plentiful public spaces to relax or work. The rooms are small, at least the double we booked was on the smaller size, common for a big city. Generally the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom is small but the shower is large and well appointed. Lots of considered amenities in the room to make the stay comfortable. Overall satisfactory, clean, modern and some thought has gone into what would appeal for the audience they are looking to attract."
