Room is ok. But no tv in the room bathroom has smell but not too bad it’s just old building smells something like that. Bed is awful, my partner got bed bug bites. About property is decent, it would be different experience if we chose the ocean side not the garden side. But people in the property are very nice no complain. And restaurant in the property is very good.

Stayed here for only one night. Pros: 1) Affordable 2) Location was decent 3) Room was relatively clean 4) The beach and beach views were excellent 5) The bar/restaurant setup was good (I didn't get a chance to try the food though) Cons: They were in the middle of some renovations so I will not be speaking to that specifically. A major hurricane had just passed as well so they may have been running off a generator, which limited the AC use in the room. 1) Toilet in the room was leaking from the tank at first. The maintenance person came and fixed it really quickly, however the toilet itself flushed with very low intensity. 2) Minor thing, but there were no garbage bins in the room 3) My main issue is essentially how the property was marketed on the site. It is listed as a 4 star property but in reality it is a budget hotel (2 or 2.5 star). If my expectation has been correct coming in then it would not have been an issue, but with the 4 star designation there are certain things that are expected in terms of the overall ambience and feeling of the property. I would suggest adjusting the star rating of the property so guests can properly know what to expect during their stay

Loved that this hotel is directly on the beach; can hear waves crashing at night from the room with a balcony and huge glass doors facing the ocean. Sunset and sunrise views make it incredibly unique and special; VIP lounge in a beach tree! And beach bar with so much vibes there is no need to go anywhere else for fun times. White river is literally steps away and the local fish pot restaurant is awesome. Very safe place! DJ and local restaurant hosting on Saturdays and Sundays. Staff Sarah, Steve, Ingrid, Campbell, all of them are so great! And the breakfast included is unmatched anywhere in the vicinity. There is also lunch and dinner options better than most restaurants you can find. The local vibe and local people cannot be any better anywhere on the island.
