"My check in was very smooth.. when I got there they greeted me with a flower, complimentary drink, and a warm towel. Everroy was the person who checked us in and I’m telling you he was very patient with me..a nuff talking me gi him and him never fold 1 but..all he did was kept a smile on….I got a room upgrade from the north to the south or was it the other way around? Me nuh remember which is which.. (I initially booked the building without balcony and then upgraded to the one with balcony) BIG...
