"Great place for vacation, pool is amazing but the staff at check in are the rudest people ever and worst customer service. That’s my only issue but food is great river was nice. The customer service really needs to improve. It almost was really close to feeling racism."

"The room was clean but the vent fan to the bathroom did not work and there was no way to release the steam in the room after showering in the bathroom. The humidity level was really high for lack of a working vent. The hotel and room were quite nice otherwise. I do believe I was charged the resort fee twice. I haven’t had the opportunity to confirm the second charge but I paid the resort fee charge with my debit card on checking in then was informed the same amount for the resort fees would be withheld from my $100 room deposit at check out."

"We always enjoy our stay. This time we also ate in the steakhouse which was delicious. Only complaint was the entertainer was to loud. Very hard to have a table conversation while enjoying our dinner."

"Very nice place second time for us staying there we’ll stay there again, but I will bring my own pillow. Next time. I feel that their pillows were too hard. I didn’t sleep well because of the pillows other than that nice place employees were awesome. The girl in the little restaurant for breakfast was awesome. My husband is handicap and I asked for a bottom floor and wanted to have a joining room with my son and they couldn’t accommodate us with that but other than that things were good we will be back and we will make sure they can accommodate us better."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The pictures online dont do it justice. The home is really really cute and decorated great. They have everything you need. Close to stores. Nice TVs and appliances. I do recommend this place."
