"I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment! Very clean, nicely appointed, super comfy bed and room-darkening curtains, all very much appreciated. Scripture verses framed throughout the space brought great comfort! Nice, quiet location and quick walk to downtown Noblesville for an early morning stroll and breakfast. Will stay here again!"

"We were here to visit grandkids with great grandma in tow. We wanted something more comfortable than a hotel. This house fit the bill. Clean. Quiet neighborhood. And close to everything you need. Kim was super helpful with recommendations for specific needs (brewhouses and local breakfast places). We will be coming back! "

"WARNING:DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS LISTING UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH A HOUSE THAT REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE! We walked & were immediately greeted by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. With my wife's allergies, we could not stay & had to book a hotel room elsewhere, that cost us a lot more money & was further from Lucas Oil Stadium, where we were attending the Final Four, which was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host was very uncooperative & would not refund us any of our money...

"The house was beautiful overall. However, there were a few issues. Both rooms smelled like animal urine, and the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. This, combined with my allergies, made it difficult to sleep. The bed was also dirty When I first walked in, the house smelled like an animal had just left. Despite these problems, the neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors didn’t bother us. The host was also helpful."

"The property was decidedly tacky, clean but tacky. The decor is 1950s. The exterior was under construction ( not when we were there , but ding off and so on) . Narrow back entryway up stairs . There was one double bed with the worst mattress I ever slept on. GET A NEW MATTRESS OWNER, Dave. The boys (6' 2" and 6'7") had day beds and bunkbeds and had too squeeze in Thank for the frozen pizza Dave-- it is sill in the freezer. "This house was perfect for our whirlwind "thrift trip". It is close to the stores we wanted to visit and close to town. The beds were SO cozy, the living spaces were SO cozy and since it was cold, the backyard space was good for a few minutes of picture taking to remember the trip. THANK YOU so much!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Water pressure in shower was great! 1 bed is soft while other is memory foam. Sheets were soft. Left us water in the fridge and some snacks was a delightful surprise! Would stay here again!"
