We stayed here for one night, arrived very late and while there was no evening dining in the restaurant the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful in organizing a dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant, just what we needed after a long day on the road! The hotel is very comfortable, with secure underground parking and we will definitely stay there again if we are in the Piedmont region.

The Cavour

The Cavour Hotel is a small hotel located very centrally opposite the the train and bus station. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to some of the local landmarks including the magnificent church. Can be a little bit noisy in the evenings if your room faces the square and the train station, but quitens down later on. On the whole a nice hotel which I would quite happily stay at again.

I travelled on business and they couldn't provide an ironing service or ironing board/iron. All they have is one steam iron that wasn't available because it was being used by other guests. I don't think this hotel can be more than 2 star without this facility.

Also, front desk was not knowledgeable about surroundings and when asked to stay 1 hour more in our checkout, they asked to charge 35 euros; I travel a lot and never was charge for 1 hour late checkout. Also the breakfast was mediocre.

Schönes Haus an bester Lage

Gut bis sehr gut. Nach lediglich einer Nacht bleibt der Kommentar kurz. Gute Lage für Autofahrer (Tiefgarage vorhanden) und auch für Bahnfahrer, da sehr nahe beim Bahnhof. Ein Wiederkommen ist empfehlenswert!
