"Pros- decent sized room, with plenty of amenities inside, good level of cleanliness. Bed was very firm, which I like, so I slept like a log. Centrally located but kind of out of the way, so not too much street noise. Croissant in the morning was a welcome addition included in the room rate. Cons- if you want to use the car park there's nowhere to put your car while you check in. Also they decided to vacuum outside our room at 6am, which woke me up (my partner slept through it though)"

"I wish they had let me know when I booked that there is no reception and checking in is virtual. I only found out when I arrived at the hotel. We stood outside for well over 30 min trying to enter details on the app that kept erroring. I called, but it went to voicemail- still haven’t got a call back. It’s a pity as the rooms are pretty. Also to note for those that are light sensitive there are very bright street lights and only shutters on the windows. "

"Perfect location for everything. clean, fresh and up to date, with everything you could need. Only downside was lots of stairs to get to 3rd floor apartment, not really a problem unless you are unfit like me. Wi fi brilliant, yes it was a bit noisy on Friday night but we both slept through it as noise doesn’t really worry us and we expected it, as in such a fantastic location. Would recommend and will go back again."
