"Had a wonderful 10 day stay!! It was walking distance to everything or to transportation. Room was clean and had heat/ac. Loved the heated and self flushing/cleaning toilet! Hotel had a restaurant on site and the food was amazing! The staff was super nice and helpful. Only suggestion would be to remove or deep clean stained carpet in hallway. Other than that it was awesome and would definitely stay again!"

"The Grand Mercure is a lovely hotel. This is our second stay here and likely will be our next stay the next time we return to Seoul. Our room was on the 20th floor with beautiful city views. The amenities including in room laundry, full kitchen and sitting area. The front desk and hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when in Seoul."

Yongsan station is connected to hotel via a covered walkway and so it is easy to access all Seoul via subway & buses. "Very good location. 10-minute walk from Gongdeok station (Airport Line). 5-minute walk from Mapo station (Line 5). 24-hour open restaurants and convenience stores within a few minute walk. Rooms are nice and clean. Recommended hotel that I will definitely visit again. "
