"We came here for our honeymoon with our dog, Cooper, and absolutely loved our stay. There were so many little things provided at the house that made our stay so easy and enjoyable especially the little cart to take to the beach. We also cooked in the kitchen and used the charcoal grill a couple times which was nice. The charcoal grill is small but worked well. The kitchen had the essentials and we left behind a few more cooking utensils. We definitely recommend reading through the binder and talking to neighbors when they are out for tips and recommendations. The place was so clean and cozy. We really enjoyed getting to hangout in the downstairs patio area too. We had a beautiful week."

"Steve was a fantastic host, very communicative and gave terrific recommendations to local restaurants. The house is as advertised and right on the beach. To top the trip off, on our last night, the sea turtle nest in front of the property hatched, which was a great way to end the trip. Would definitely consider revisiting."

"We could not have been any more satisfied with our stay in Joe’s ocean front condo. The view was spectacular. Everything we needed was available even beach chairs and a wagon to put everything in it. The property made it so easy to get around with all the ramps so we could avoid steps. We hope to return in the future and stay at this beautiful condo."

"We enjoyed our family vacation at North Topsail and had a wonderful time! The home was a great place for our family to relax, enjoy the beach, and make some wonderful memories. We would definitely consider returning next year and wanted to share a few suggestions that could make an already enjoyable stay even better.The kitchen could use a little more organization. Pots, pans, and other items seemed to be placed in various cabinets without much rhyme or reason, which made finding things a bit challenging. We understand that keeping a rental kitchen organized can be difficult, but a little rearranging before the next rental season would be helpful. The oven could also use a deep cleaning, as it became somewhat smoky when we used it to prepare meals. The ceiling fan in the top-floor bedroom was quite loud and unbalanced, so it may benefit from some adjustment or replacement. Our biggest disappointment was with the no-pet and non-smoking expectations. We specifically chose the property because it was advertised as no pets and non-smoking. However, discovered smoking was allowed on adjacent decks; guests next door were smoking outside. Also noticed a dog at another nearby property. While we understand outdoor smoking may be permitted in certain areas, made it difficult for us to fully enjoy both the indoor/outdoor spaces. Hope to find a property where no-pet and non-smoking policies truly maintained. Thank you for helping make our family getaway a memorable one!"
