It added a cozy, personal vibe to the space and was a delightful way to unwind after a day of exploring.During my stay, I was fascinated to learn about the amazing history of Chuck Morgan, the visionary who designed and built this home. The welcome book shares his story, offering a special glimpse into his creative process and the thoughtful details he incorporated throughout the house. "We stayed at this beautiful property for 7 days. The house had everything one could ask for. The property is at beautiful location outside from city lights from not far from restaurants and grocery stores. We even saw northern lights from our room itself. The WiFi was really good for a remote work setup. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils. The bedroom and living rooms were really cozy. The host was really flexible with check-in and check-out. We highly recommend this place. "

"We had a great stay with light activity. Just far enough outside town to not feel crowded but close enough to run in for takeout easily. The property is great. Our inquiry for a pack and play was accommodated which was much appreciated!! We had 3 month old and 2.5 year old. I didn’t fully trust my toddler by himself on the stairs since they are a bit narrow. The basics for cooking (oil, spices) are well stocked. Having a Keurig was great. The toddler loved the small shovel on the porch and a sled was available. Will be back on our next trip to Fairbanks. "

"Good property, good location. Basement unit entrance is on side so if you arrive late at night, be sure to go to side entrance as door by garage has different code and you cannot enter. The outside light bulb was burnt out upon arrival (late evening, near midnight) so entrance wasn’t well lit. Property manager rectified the situation. Would stay again, great property and great place to stay."
