"This is a beautiful home in the countryside a short drive outside of Fairbanks. When we arrived, for some unknown reason the hot water did not work. The owner answered the call and did everything she could to get this fixed immediately. The water worked perfectly within 90 minutes and we had an uneventful stay after that. The response of this owner is beyond perfect. Thank you Jewell, much appreciated."
