"I think we were the second guests to ever stay at this property. Everything was exceptionally clean and new. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there were thermostats in each room. We made good use of the barbecue and deck, which offered beautiful sunset views. Marsha was very pleasant and helpful. Check in/out was seamless. The location was very convenient as it is between Cavendish and North Rustico. The cottage is close to a main road, but we couldn’t hear any traffic inside.. I would stay here again."

"WE loved the location of this property. It was very close to a beautiful beach that had a parking lot where no entry fee was required. The unit was clean but VERY tired looking inside. There were large bleach spots on our clean, colored towels, Out of date everything... and.... a TV on a roller wheel cart! The TV was the size of my travel suitcase!!!! The rocking chair that was closest to the TV was covered with a granny quilt and it was so low to the ground that it was difficult to get in and out of. WE never even sat on the sofa for the same reason. The AC unit that was in the wall of the main living area was VERY small. There is NO way that it would have cooled off the entire unit ( including bedrooms). Luckily there was always a delightful breeze that flowed thru the entire unit. There were new BQ grills placed outside every unit.... a nice plus. With a major interior update, this could be our "go to" spot on PEI. It it remains as it now is, we will give it a pass."
