The hotel was very outdated but was under renovation at the time of our visit. Our room was very clean and confortable. Location was great for walking downtown. Good lower cost accomodation.
The location of this hotel was great for us, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the wharf.
It is under going renovations however we were in the building across the street and it is beautifully renovated. Room size was good with a kitchenette. Not much of a continental breakfast, which is in your room.
Would stay here again.
A basic facility that was within easy walking distance of all main central Charlottetown attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. Good to have on-site parking and suites with some kitchen facilities.
It was in the middle of renovations and our room was completely new , the bed and pillows were wonderful to sleep on.
Staff was super great and helpful !
Don’t be misled by exterior inside is wonderful
I stayed at the Charlottetown Inn & Conference Centre for two nights during Old Home Week and had a very nice stay. I noticed the hotel was undergoing some renovations, but that section was closed off, and it’s good to see them investing in the property.
My room was very clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice with plenty of hot water. The room also had an oven, which was really handy for heating up some pizza late at night. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would stay here again.
Unfortunately the restaurant was being renovated and not available however there are many good eating places within easy walking distance. Very good experience.
Detour to get to our room was a little inconvenient but ita was clean!!!

The property is slightly dated but is going through renovations, nothing that causes any real inconvenience. Rooms are clean and quiet, staff is friendly and pool and gym were both nice and quiet. The hotel is located within walking distance of coffee shops restaurants and the harbour. I have stayed at this property twice and would stay again.

Liked: Staff & service
Conveniently located near great food and waterfront. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Staff were helpful. Concerns included the distance between room and pool for the kids, required an underground tunnel or crossing a busy street to access. I specifically booked the hotel because of the convenience of breakfast which was provided in the form of packaged muffins and granola bars which were way too sweet. We also dealt with ants in our room.
